These Terms of Service (“Agreement”) govern your use of the EngageWithAI service (“Service” or “Tool”) provided by DIGITAL MINT HOLDINGS Inc. (“Company,” “we,” or “us”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. Description of Service The EngageWithAI Service is a Chrome extension that enables users to generate comments and posts on LinkedIn using ChatGPT. The generated content is solely the responsibility of the user.

2. User Obligations You are responsible for complying with the terms and policies of the social platform you use with the EngageWithAI Tool. You agree to use the Service in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

3. Ownership and Use of Content All generated content belongs to the user, and we do not claim ownership of it. However, we have the right to collect and use the data generated by the Tool to improve our product and the AI generation of content.

4. User Content Users are not permitted to upload or submit any content other than making changes to the Tool settings. The Tool operates within the parameters defined by the user.

5. Limitation of Liability We are not liable for any content generated or actions taken by users through the EngageWithAI Tool. Users are solely responsible for the comments and posts generated, and we do not endorse or take responsibility for the legality or appropriateness of the generated content.

6. Data Collection and Privacy User data is collected through contact form submissions and via Google Analytics and Google Search Console. Our data collection and usage practices are further outlined in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described.

7. Dispute Resolution Any disputes arising from or relating to this Agreement shall be resolved by contacting us at info@engagewithai.com. We will make reasonable efforts to address and resolve the issue promptly.

8. Tool Usage and OpenAI API We do not assume responsibility for how the EngageWithAI Tool or OpenAI API is used or the content generated on social platforms such as LinkedIn. Users are solely responsible for their use of the Tool and the generated content.

9. Termination We reserve the right to terminate user accounts or access to the Service at our discretion if we determine that a user’s actions jeopardize the reputation, functionality, or usage limitations of our Tool.

10. Governing Law This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Quebec, Canada, and Dhaka, Bangladesh, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
